Co-Founder, Director of Operations
Sherri (she/her) has spent most of her life advocating for our natural world and its inhabitants. From co-founding the Awareness Club in her small, rural Ohio high school, to her current volunteer work with wildlife clinics and a farm animal sanctuary. For nearly 20 years she provided legal expertise and support in the areas of corporate governance and cross-border securities to the tech, media, and financial services industries in Washington, DC and New York City. After relocating to Oregon in 2015, she became involved in the legal team for the constitutional climate case, Juliana v. United States and discovered first-hand the importance of organizing our workplaces. Sherri serves on the boards of Blue Barn Farm & Sanctuary and Clay Space Eugene. She designed and built a tiny house where she now resides, and enjoys swimming, karaoke, making pottery, and thrifting.
