Climate Change Litigation’s Unfolding Future

The last few years have seen an explosion in activism around climate change, the rise of a strong climate justice movement arguing for a Green New Deal and just transition, and a surge in lawsuits seeking to hold governments and corporations to account for their actions contributing to the climate crisis.

Breach Collective co-founder Danny Noonan has weighed-in on the implications of the evolving climate litigation and climate justice landscapes, with a particular focus on his home country of Australia, for the University of Tasmania's climate justice blog.
